Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Villa Cashback referral programme.
1. Admission to the programme is at the discretion of Villa Cashback management.
2. The affiliate will register full details of each lead on the Villa Cashback online registration form. In particular contact details and dates of stay at Polaris World must be provided. Villa Cashback has the right to refuse payment for any lead and will inform the affiliate within 72 hours if the lead is rejected or requires further information to qualify. This will apply for leads already registered with Villa Cashback or for leads with insufficient details.
3. Villa Cashback reserves the right to terminate the programme or any affiliates' (of any level) participation in the programme at any time without notice or explanation. All registration fees earned up to the date of termination will be paid to affiliates within 30 days.
4. Affiliates will ensure that anyone registered by the affiliate to receive information or to be contacted by Villa Cashback has given their consent.
5. Commission of £500 is paid to the affiliate for each registered party who purchases a Polaris World property through Villa Cashback within the qualifying timescale of 12 months. The first 25% deposit must be paid within 12 months of the registration date.
6. Payment of all affiliate commissions will be made quarterly in the second week of each quarter. All balances over £50 will be paid. Balances under £50 will roll forward to the next quarter. Commission for sales will qualify and be included in the above schedule after receipt of the initial 25% deposit.
7. Level 2 affiliates will continue to receive commission on affiliates introduced for as long as those affiliates remain part of the programme and while the Level 2 affiliate continues to promote the programme.
8. Level 2 affiliates who promote a similar or competing programme will immediately lose their status as a Level 2 affiliate and will receive no further payments for affiliates previously introduced.
This programme is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
