Based in the UK and Spain we have five years experience of selling Polaris World resorts and we are an established Golden Partner for Polaris World.
Polaris World is a major brand name for overseas property having featured extensively on TV with Jack Nicklaus (view advert). It has a brand name recognition over 60% in the UK. Most people already know of Polaris World, making any sale far smoother, particularly in the current market where brand recognition, confidence and security for your clients is key.
BACKGROUND AND TODAY'S MARKET
There are six resorts at Polaris World and in recent years the product has become very complex. In years gone by being an agent and selling direct for Polaris World was easy and common place with hundreds of agents active and a support network of 30 Polaris World European offices. Now with 90% of all product sales being resale or bank repossessions nearly every agent has withdrawn from the market and Polaris World has closed all its European offices.
Our company Villa Cashback has been the largest seller of Polaris World property for many years and has consolidated in the market with a large supply of properties, including resale and direct, but in particular working closely with several Spanish banks who can now offer favourable 90% and 100% mortgage terms. This is now where most of the sales are concentrated.
Our collaboration set up allows you to maximise full use of our expertise and our leading Polaris World website (www.polarisworld.info). It enables you to simply link to our website allowing you clients to browse our offering. Our links will then automatically credit clients to your account if they register interest, for which you will receive commission if they buy through us.
HOW it works
For web referrals simply place our affiliate code on your website or in emails. This will send visitors to the specific landing page we create for you. We track visitors through our website identifying them as your referred client when they register for any information.
Once registered we contact your referrals and with our expertise help them through the process from deciding on the right property and resort to visiting Polaris World and completing the sales cycle. We take care of everything from the initial lead that is provided to us.
REFERRAL Commission
We pay 2.0% commission on any property purchased by clients who register with us. You will earn this commission by simply referring interested clients that link through from your website. Property prices range from €80,000 to €1.5 Million.
