Q: What knowledge and experience do we need? Do you train our staff?
A: All you need to do is request information for your client. We take care of everything else. No training is needed. Polaris World is a complex product and our consultants will ensure your clients get the best expert advice.

Q: We have received A4 flyers for window displays. Do you have other sizes?
A: We have a range of sizes with differing promotional messages and sometimes we can tailor make these. You can request these from Agent Support.
Updates
Q: Do you keep us updated with progress?
A: Yes. We provide a full quarterly listing of all clients registered to you. We also inform you on an individual basis of any client visits or sales that are progressing.

Q: We would like to promote in emails and on our website. Do you provide banners and links?
A: We can provide banners, links and help construct any messages. We provide a specific landing page for you, ( www.polarisworld.info/yourname). That way we can track all visitors you send to us from your website.
Commission
Q: What is the commission?
A: You will receive 1.25% (+VAT) of any purchase made by a client you register.
Payment
Q: When and how is payment made?
A: When a client completes on the property or, for off plan sales, on the first 25% deposit. Payment is made in sterling for the equivalent Euro commission. (or in Euros if you prefer).
