Terms & Conditions

1. The Company hereby appoints the Affiliate as a non exclusive promoter to advertise properties marketed by The Company and refer interested clients.
2. The Affiliate may display at its discretion, advertising material and property details taken from this website for the affiliates' own website. Where requested, the Affiliate will remove or replace within seven days any material from display that the Company considers no longer suitable.
3. The Affiliate may register clients who have expressed an interest in receiving information on the Company website at www.polarisworld.info 
(i) For each client registered the Affiliate will provide as much contact information as possible, including address, phone number and email address where provided by the client. (ii) The Affiliate will only enter details for clients who have agreed to request details. The Company operates a strict no spamming policy.
4. The Affiliate may link to their specific landing page on the Company website. Any clients following the links through will be tracked by a cookie and credited to the Affiliate.
5. The Company can provide a full sales service dealing directly with the client where appropriate and providing inspection visits to the resorts where applicable.
6. The Company accepts no responsibility for any representations made to the client by the Affiliate concerning the properties or resorts being promoted.
7. The company can not provide training to the affiliate or material outside of that contained on the website. The affiliate will decide whether they are able to liaise with the client themselves or wish for the company to undertake this on their behalf.
8. Should a client, registered by the Affiliate, proceed to purchase a property through The Company then the Affiliate will receive a commission of 2.5% (+VAT) of the Euro sale price of the property.
9. Any commission will be paid within 30 days of completion of the property purchase and receipt of funds from selling entity (ie bank/developer). Payment can be made in Euros or Sterling either by cheque or bank transfer. For Sterling the Euro amount due will be converted to sterling at the mid point exchange rate ruling on the day of payment.
10.  Commission will be payable on any purchase by a registered client during the period of this agreement or its renewal or for a period up to 3 months after termination of this agreement.
11. If in any circumstance where the client is already registered with The Company through another source then the Affiliate will be informed by email within seven days. No client that has previously registered with The Company will be credited to the Affiliate.
12. The Company will on request provide a quarterly report by email to the Affiliate detailing clients registered and will update the Affiliate seperately on any clients progressing to visit or purchase.
13. This agreement shall be valid for a term of 12 months although it shall be extended for one year periods provided neither party has served notice to terminate.
14. This agreement may be terminated by either party by providing 30 days written notice. Any commissions earned on client purchases by that date or for a period of three months after termination will remain payable to the Affiliate.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
