June 2009: Progress continues on the Nicklaus Signature course at Polaris Worlds' Condado de Alhama resort.

 

The latest estimate is November 2009 for the course to be fully completed, playable by December 2009 - the full 18 holes. Maybe that is optimistic but there's no doubting the fantastic progress that has been made.

 

Hopefully the wait will have been worth it for the thousands of people who have bought at Condado de Alhama.

 

There is no doubting that the scenery is spectacular. And as the course turns green it provides an incredible view from the frontline penthouse apartments overlooking the course. The spectacular view towards the mountains to the left is taken from the penthouse apartments.

 

Meanwhile progress on the El Foro town centre suggests this will be ready by July 2009. Again, Polaris World have not disappointed in what they are delivering in terms of quality and style of this town centre.
