June 15 2009: The town centre at Condado de Alhama originally known as El Foro (The Forum") is soon to be completed.

 

Polaris World estimate July 2009 for its opening. The large town centre will consist of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. It will surround a spacious central plaza with large water feature.

 

The Condado de Alhama Forum town centre is located between the Naranjos de Alhama phase and Jardines de Alhama. The town is just across from La Isla, the location of the island properties, which is also nearing completion.

 

Construction of the Nicklaus Signature golf course is also moving ahead quickly. The full 18 holes is expected to be playable by the end of 2009.
