These brand new properties are offered at hugely discounted prices from their peak in 2006.

 

Mar Menor apartments are on offer from IRM a consortium of three banks. These large two bedroom two bathroom apartments come with up to 100% mortgage.

 

La Torre apartments tend to be mainly resale apartments although with big discounts from their original prices.

 

Hacienda Riquelme apartments are offered by CAM bank at just under half their original price. We have a limited stock of these brand new apartments in 2011 with 90% mortgages.
