A contract resale is where a private buyer sells their contract to buy at Polaris World. On contract completion you buy direct from Polaris World. This is usually just a few months away. Contracts at Polaris World (many of which were taken out in recent years when prices were higher) now typically sell between 10%-25% below the contract prices.
