Should you book a Golden Inspection Visit to Polaris World through Villa Cashback we will refund the cost of return flights for two people (including airport parking) up to £400 should you decide to buy a property at Polaris World.

 

This offer is subject to the following terms.

 

1. Cost of flights includes all taxes, airport duties and card fees charged by the airline. ie the total cost of your flight.

 

2. Airport parking up to 3 days is refundable (maximum £45)

 

3. Costs are refunded after the first 25% deposit is paid. The first 25% deposit is normally payable within 20 days of reserving a property. Payment of the 25% must be made by the date specified in the contract (or within 5 working days of your inspection visit if later) to qualify for the refund.

 

4. To qualify for the refund a property must be reserved during the trip. (Note 3000 Euro reservation deposits are refundable should you subsequently cancel the reservation). The reservation deposit can later be transferred to another property and the refund will still be payable.

 

5. Refunds are paid within 30 days of payment by Polaris World to Villa Cashback.

 

6. Evidence of amounts paid will be required. Flight email confirmations and copy parking receipts are sufficient.

 

7. Applications for refund must be made within 3 months of the date of travel. No applications will qualify after this timescale.

 

8. No refunds will be made where property purchases are cancelled for whatever reason.

 

9. Where travel is within continental Europe by car as opposed to flights, travel costs up to a maximum of £0.20 per mile subject to £200 maximum will be refunded for travel specifically to reach Polaris World.
