Polaris World Forum : Research Your Property Purchase
There are a number of Polaris World Forums and they offer an interesting insight into Polaris World and the resorts in Murcia. Each resort has formed its own community and there are now active forums for Condado de Alhama forum, Hacienda Riquelme, Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle and Terrazas de la Torre the latest resort is also beginning to form a forum for owners.There are thousands of very satisfied buyers enjoying their second homes on six fantastic resorts in one of the best climates in Europe with many more joining them post credit crisis as today's bargain hunter takes advantage of the vast reduction in prices.

Prior to 2008 the vast majority of buyers bought off-plan direct from the developer before properties were completed. Now there are no off-plan sales. Every property on the six Polaris World resorts is built and every resort is complete with town centre and 18 hole golf course on each resort. (some development continues on Terrazas de la Torre).

You can choose a finished property with greater choice from who you buy, whether private resale, bank repossession or direct from the developer.
