Villa Cashback has been appointed by IRM to sell these superb properties- undoubtedly the best apartments ever built by developer Polaris World. We have been involved with this resort since the release of the Melvin apartments off-plan in 2005.

 

Back then it was just a field, a plastic model and a commitment by the developer to build. The buying frenzy of the time ensured these apartments sold in the range of €220,000 - €350,000 for completion in a few years time. The credit crisis of 2008/2009 meant many buyers were unable to complete the purchase and the remaining properties returned to the banks.
