The following restaurants are currently open at Polaris World:

Bamboo Chill out – Located on the Polaris World La Torre golf resort, Bamboo Chill out offers contemporary Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, Mexican and Chinese food. Open daily from 19.00, Bamboo Chill offers stunning views over the lake and golf course. At night, there is live music and the relaxing atmosphere provides you with the perfect chance to have a meal or a drink in the moonlight.

Encinca Buffet – The perfect restaurant for meat and fish lovers, the Encina buffet is located by the lake on the Polaris World La Torre golf resort. The show cooking kitchen adds to the ambience of this delightful eatery.

Acacia – Offering authentic Italian cuisine, Acacia is the perfect family restaurant offering stone baked pizza, pasta and risottos.

Limonero – Specialising in rice dishes cooked on an open fire, Limonero offers all Polaris World residents the chance to experience a traditional paella, prepared and cooked in the traditional Spanish way.

Gingko – With special dishes dedicated to Japanese cuisine, Gingko is a unique and intimate restaurant that lets you savour the flavours of the Orient. With a capacity of just 24 diners, Ginkgo offers you a unique dining experience.

El Olivio – Located near the social club swimming pool on the Polaris World Mar Menor golf resort, El Olivio specialises in pizza, pasta and other classical Mediterranean favourites. Each meal is slow-cooked to perfection.

Aqva – A meat lover’s paradise, Aqva offers the most tender cuts of meat grilled to you requirements with your choice of garnishes and sauces. The theme of this restaurant is water and there is a choice of over 100 varieties of mineral water available on the menu.

Nomad – Located in the Intercontinental Hotel on the Polaris World Mar Menor golf resort, Nomad provides you with authentic Mediterranean cuisine and with an excellent wine list.

Al Fresco – Polaris World is designed for al fresco living and the Al Fresco restaurant located by the swimming pool at the Intercontinental Hotel is the perfect place to experience this. Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner in the moonlight or for a light lunch, Al Fresco provides fresh food made with natural ingredients.
