Bank Repossessions at Polaris World Resorts: Property Bargains
We have a fantastic selection of bank owned property at the Polaris World resorts. These properties come with high mortgages available, up to 100% for non residents and prices for apartments start as low as 60,000 Euros.
For example, the properties owned by CAM bank at Polaris World at Condado de Alhama and Hacienda Riquelme resorts are typically 50% to 65% discounted from their original list prices.

Mar Menor BANK rePOsessions
Very few villas are available but they do come up occassionally. We have a selection of Melvin bank repossessed apartments at Mar Menor starting from €130,000. These fabulous apartments come with full 100% mortgage and offer spacious two bedroom two bathroom interiors with large terraces.
Just outside the resort we have apartments on the Boulevard, again with high mortgages from just €72,000.

Occassional villas, townhouse and apartments become available at La Torre golf resort. These prove very popular when they do arise so hurry!

Very few have become available at El Valle resort.

A good selection of two and three bedroom bank repossessions at Condado de Alhama golf resort with properties from as little as €65,000. The two bedroom apartments offer roof top terraces whilst the three bedroom apartments located on the ground floor are offered at €70,000.
Currently the bank repossessions at Polaris World resorts offer some tremendous deals during 2012. However as the market continues its rapid climb that we have seen this year we expect prices will start to be increased by the banks and potentially the 100% mortgage options may start to be reduced.
We would recommend to anybody seriously considering a property purchase in Spain to buy now while prices are depressed as with rising market activity and bargain hunters selecting the best property options there is likely to be only one way for prices in the coming months.
