Mar Menor resales
Are available starting from €160,000 for villas and similar for the luxury Melvin apartments. We also have 100% mortgage options on the Melvin villa apartments at Mar Menor resort. These bank repossessions offer an excellent bargain with great mortgage terms.
La Torre resales
Resale properties at La Torre resort start from around €95,000 for a two bedroom frontline golf view apartment, €140,000 for a frontline townhouse and €160,000 for a two bedroom villa.
El Valle resales
Resale properties at El Valle include two bedroom apartments priced from €155,000 and three bedroom Alcor villas starting from €300,000.
Hacienda Riquelme resales
Some fabulous bank repossession bargains are to be found at Hacienda Riquelme resort. Prices start from around €95,000 for a two bedroom frontline golf apartment. 90% mortgages are on offer from CAM bank. These prices offer as much as 40%-50% reduction from the peak prices of 2007. When these properties become available they tend to get snapped up quickly. Resales at Hacienda Riquelme are rare at prices as low as the bank properties as most buyers paid upwards from €180,000.
Terrazas de la Torre Resales
The developer has reduced the price on the remaining apartments that it is building at Terrazas de la Torre to just €95,000 from over €140,000. Prices are for a two bedroom penthouse style apartment with frontline golf views over the Nicklaus designed course which opened in October 2010. We also have some discounted bargains on the island at Terrazas which is close to completion (expected early 2011).
Condado de Alhama resales
The best bargains at Condado de Alhama currently are the bank repossessions in Jardines de Alhama. We have two bedroom apartments with rooftop terrace from just €79,995 and three bedroom ground floor apartments with terrace and garden from around €90,000. There are also some frontline penthouse style apartments overlooking the golf course at under €100,000. Again, resale property at Condado de Alhama resort tends to be priced far higher than the bank repossessions because buyers paid usually €130,000 upwards and are unwilling to sell that low until the bank stock has cleared. However we sometimes get one or two competitive prices below those of the banks.
