POLARIS WORLD PROPERTY RESERVATION

There are several ways to reserve your property at Polaris World resorts depending on whether your reservation is for a new off-plan purchase or a resale property.

For Polaris World resale property the deposit is either €5,000 or €10,000 as a non- refundable deposit which enables the property to be removed from the market.

For off plan or new property purchased from Polaris World as a developer the deposit is €3000 as a fully refundable deposit.

We now offer the facility to reserve your Polaris World property by credit card with a sterling transaction. This avoids you changing money to Euros which can be costly by bank transfer for smaller amounts.
