Polaris World Resorts Murcia Spain

There are six Polaris World resorts all located In the region of Murcia, Spain. Each resort hosts an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. The resorts are immaculately maintained, all properties are complete ( a few are stull under construction at Terrazas de la Torre resort) and most are now offered as resales. 	Condado de Alhama
	Condado de Alhama opened in 2008. The resort town centre (Al Kasar) was completed in July 2009 and the Jack Nicklaus Signature course opened in December 2009. 	Mar Menor
	The first of the Polaris World resorts to be built in 2005. Mar Menor includes a luxury 64 room Intercontinental hotel. The golf was extended to 18 holes in 2009 as part of Phase II. Mar Menor Golf Resort is only 5 minutes from Los Alcazares and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor sea and just 10 minutes from the airport. 	Terrazas de la Torre

	Hacienda Riquelme
	The Polaris World resort of Hacienda Riquelme opened in December 2007 for the first residents. Located near the town of Sucina just 15 minutes from the Polaris World resorts of El Valle and La Torre. Hacienda Riquelme is the fourth Polaris resort to open in the region. 	La Torre
	The largest of the Polaris World resorts in the Mar Menor region and the centre for many facilities such as the King's College school. 	El Valle
	The Polaris World El Valle Golf Resort first opened in the summer of 2007. Only 688 homes were built on the 1,100,000 square metres of El Valle Golf resort, creating an abundance of wide open space.
