Polaris World Jardines de Alhama

 

Jardines de Alhama is located within the resort of Condado de Alhama. Jardines de Alhama (Gardens of Alhama) consists of three bed ground floor apartments and two bed top floor apartments, with extensive roof top solariums.

 

The apartments are located in twelve gardens surrounding communal swimming pools. With access to all the facilities and three Jack Nicklaus Signature courses of Condado de Alhama, Jardines de Alhama also has its own town centre and sports facilities.

 

Prices start from just €119,800 for a two bed apartment and €131,300 for a three bed apartment.

 

 

The Polaris World Jardines de Alhama apartments are located on the south area of phase one in Condado de Alhama Golf Resort and are scheduled for completion in the second half of 2008. We still have some availability of apartments for the end of 2008 in Jardines. (However the very same apartments are available in two further areas for 2009 - Naranjos de Alhama and Mirador de Alhama.)

The resort of Condado de Alhama will have three golf courses: a Jack Nicklaus Signature course and two Nicklaus Bear's Best. All Par 72.

 

 

Condado de Alhama will have at least five town centres including a very large public town centre sitting on a lake with every facility planned.
