Polaris World La Torre golf Resort
La Torre Golf Resort opened in 2006 and was the second resort from Polaris World. Much larger than Mar Menor it was constructed around a town centre with a number of bars, restaurants and shops. It has an Intercontinental Hotel and spa and an international school, King's College Murcia.

La Torre Golf Resort Murcia is conveniently located for easy access via Spain's major airports and roads. On the highway between San Javier and Murcia city, close to the town of Roldan, it is just 15 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and 10 minutes from San Javier airport. The new Corvera international airport due to open in 2011 will be 15 minutes away.

La Torre Polaris World Golf Resort has a par 68, 18 hole Nicklaus designed golf course. Within the magnificent club house at La Torre there is also a pro-shop, restaurant, spikes bar and pino's bar. The golf course was completed by Nicklaus design in 2007 and has been an increasing popular choice for golfers in southern Spain since this time.
