The Polaris World Las Terrazas de la Torre golf resort in Murcia, Spain features an 18 hole Nicklaus design golf course which opened in October 2010, town centre, clubhouse and sports facilities. Terrazas de la Torre resort is located just 1.5km from the Polaris World La Torre resort (which opened in 2006) and 5km from Mar Menor resort (opened 2005).
Owners at Terrazas de la Torre also known as Saurines de la Torre, have access to the facilities on all of the Polaris World resorts in Spain. There are six Polaris World resorts in the Murcia area including nearby Mar Menor, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme and El Valle.
The sixth resort of Condado de Alhama is 30 minutes away courtesy of a new highway connecting this resort with the others. Shuttle buses run to and from each resort.

The golf course at Terrazas was designed by Nikalus Golf. Now known as Saurines Golf and managed by Olagolf the par 72 course opened late in 2010 and received excellent reviews. The course is desert style with two lakes, is lightly bunkered and stretches for 5938 metres from the yellow tees.

Terrazas de la Torre golf resort is just 15 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and 20 minutes drive into the historical city of Murcia. It is centrally located making it an ideal base from which to explore everything the region of Murcia has to offer.
The airport at San Javier is just 15 minutes and the new airport at Corvera will also be just 15 minutes. Alicante airport is 1 hour.

Several banks were involved in the funding for construction of the resort by Polaris World including Banco de Valencia and Bancaja, now part of Spanish banking giant Bankia along with merger partner Caja Madrid. We have access to several banks for mortgages on the properties.
