Based in serviced offices in Pinner, Middlesex the role involves liaison with prospective clients (in the UK and Europe) by phone and email. All client leads are generated through our extensive marketing and via our website and there is no cold calling or sourcing of leads.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the potential to extend beyond the role. Ambition, motivation and the ability to learn fast are more essential requirements than past experience within this sector. The role will also suit recent graduates with ambition to develop. The successful candidate will gain a wide exposure to all aspects of the business and will thrive on working in a small team with full support.
An interest in overseas travel, property or golf and a positive and friendly professional approach will help in dealing with our clients who are looking at an exciting and financially considerable six figure lifestyle purchase.

The Role
· Initial sales lead follow up (by phone and email)
· Administration support
· Maintaining and updating client database
· Initial product advice (property options, resorts, investment and financing)
The role will provide a broad mix of sales support work, initial client contact by phone and email, database updating and maintaining of records and liaison with banks, developers and lawyers in administering successful completion of a sale. There will be occasional travel to Spain. 25 days holiday is provided.
