Combined with five other buyers you each own one sixth of a property providing a minimum 8 weeks per year useage. The property is managed by our local management company at the Polaris World resorts. As owners you have complete ownership and control over decisions about the property, including any eventual sale. As joint owners you also gain all the benefits of owning on a Polaris World resort.

 

Our prices are inclusive of all purchase taxes and your property is fully furnished to a luxury standard:

 

Providing 8 to 10 weeks each year in a fully furnished front-line golf, two bedroom apartment with private terrace and golf views close to a large communal swimming pool. Situated at Hacienda Riquelme and Mar Menor resorts.

 

Providing 8 to 10 weeks each year in a fully furnished three bedroom luxury villa with private swimming pool. Situated at El Valle and Mar Menor resorts with 18 hole Nicklaus design golf courses.

 

Your property is fully furnished, managed and maintained and because you own the freehold, you can decide to sell your part ownership at anytime.

 

Your choice of weeks is flexible throughout the year managed through a unique online calendar system for the joint owners of each property. Plan your time, choose your weeks and book up to 13 months in advance.

 

Each property is owned jointly between six buyers. Preferential access to booking certain months is also available.

 

Our flexible rights option allows you to rent or provide your entitlement to family and friends.
