The new Polaris World television campaign launched on UK TV on the 8th March 2008. The campaign ran until 5th May and a second campaign begins on the 12th May.

 

The emphasis from this campaign is on value for money and to show real images and perspectives of the Polaris World resorts that are already constructed and occupied. Four resorts are now complete and open with Condado de Alhama opening this summer.

The current TV advert start in one of the gardens at Condado de Alhama (the Jardines de Alhama properties). In fact these garden properties are expected to be available for occupation from May 2008 and of the 1500 apartments constructed we still have a few remaining with prices for a two bedroom top floor with roof terrace at 130,700 Euros and a three bedroom ground floor for 142,300 Euros.

 

In later phases on the same Polaris World resort these properties are available from 119,800 Euros (10 remaining) for two bedrooms and 131,300 Euros for three bedrooms.
