Mar Menor

Mar Menor resort was completed in 2005. It is currently being extended to provide apartments in the second phase which opens on Octoner 15th 2009.

 

La Torre

The second resort and largest resort from Polaris World. It hosts an Intercontinental hotel and many facilities including bars, restaurants a supermarket and spa.

 

Hacienda Riquelme

The resort at Riquelme is now complete apart from the town centre currently under construction and due in 2010.

 

El Valle

The smallest resort with a low density of build. El Valle features apartments through to executive luxury villas

 

Condado de Alhama

The largest resort, Alhama features a Signature course by Jack Nicklaus scheduled to open on 15th November 2009.

 

Terrazas de la Torre

The latest Polaris World resort is taking shape close to La Torre. The town centre is currently under construction and around 1000 properties are already complete.
