25 May 2012: Leading golf publication Golf International Magazine features the Polaris World resorts in a three page spread in their June edition. For part of the article Villa Cashback was asked to comment on the property market for the Polaris World resorts as it is today.

 

Of interest to readers was the range and quality of the golf on offer across the six separate Polaris World Resorts and also the Spanish bank properties that could now be purchased at a fraction of the price of five years ago.

 

The article complements the six golf resorts on offer. In reference to the Jack Nicklaus Polaris World TV ads running before 2008, Tony Smart writes "If not today, maybe tomorrow was Jack's parting shot - and indeed when it comes to attracting potential holidaymakers and investors to this region of Spain, tomorrow may now have arrived".

 

"Anyone in the market for a holiday bolthole will be impressed by the standard of the apartments on offfer. The two and three bedroom units I looked at were well proportioned and perfectly comfortable, with en-suite bedrooms, fitted kitchens and bathrooms and air conditioning. Front line properties boast either terraces or balconies with views onto the golf course, swimming pool, or surrounding mountains. Villas have their own private swimming pools".

 

Golf International's property editor Peter Swain contacted Villa Cashback for details on the property market."Prices at this series of six Murcia resorts have now more than halved" he writes. "For anyone thinking about a bolthole in Murcia, now is a good time to take a look".
