29 June 2012: There are now just six penthouse apartments remaining from the bank stock at Hacienda Riquelme resort. Over the last two years we have had several thousand people express interest in this resort and most of the 250 properties released by the bank have now sold.

 

Prices have been slashed by around 65% from their original level in 2008. Today they are nearly one third their original price. But stock is down to the last batch of units and there are no more properties to come onto the market and no further building will ever be done on the resort.

 

With four floors to choose from the penthouses have proved popular. It is possible to pick up a top floor two bedroom apartment with terrace overlooking the pool/golf course for just €89,800. That's a discount of over €160,000 from its original price of €249,142.
