Polaris World have six resorts in the region of Murica, Spain. While two of these resorts consist solely of apartments (Hacienda Riquelme and Terrazas de la Torre) the other four resorts host both villas and apartments. Mar Menor resort was the first resort to be built, completing back in 2004. There are a selection of Mar Menor villas from this first phase as resale villas. That is owners subsequently selling their property. Mar Menor has a selection of two bedroom Rondella, Isla Grosa and Ciervo style villas and three bedroom Baron Villas. There is also the four bedroom Perdiguerra villa. Mar Menor offers the widest selection of villas at Polaris World. In the second phase at Mar Menor - the 9 hole golf extension to the existing resort - there are a choice of two bedroom Rondella and three bedroom Baron villas

 

At La Torre resort there is the two bedroom Acebuche villa and Sabina villa. The prices on the La Torre villas tend to be a little less than Mar Menor. The 3 bedroom Arce villa at La Torre offers great value for those needing a compact three bedroom villa while the three bedroom Enebro villa with its three bathrooms offers more substantial living space.

 

El Valle resort offers true luxury end villas with three bed, four bed and five bed villas on offer. The El Valle villas start with the three bedroom Alcor villa with two bathrooms. This villa is available both second line and front line golf offering a range of prices depending on location. The much larger three bedroom three bathroom Algaba villa at El Valle offers frontline golf views whereas the five bedroom Adarga villa with its five bathrooms offers extensive living space and is the largest villa type to be found at Polaris World.

 

At Condado de Alhama golf resort we have the compact two bedroom two bathroom Jana villas. These were completed in 2009 and they offer they most affordable entry price for a villa at Polaris World. Condado de Alhama villas planned for the future include the luxury premier collection consisting of the three bedroom Jazmin villa, the four bedroom Amapola villa and the five bedroom Azahar villa.
