Polaris World Your Views
Please feel free to take the
Polaris World poll if you have bought or have experience of the resorts (see foot of page). Otherwise see the results below (last updated April 2010). We trust the results will give a fair reflection of opinion.
To avoid any misleading results it is worth pointing out certain important factors that will have influenced responses:
- The survey started in mid 2009 and is on-going. Resorts have developed over this period.
- Over much of this period the golf course at Condado Alhama has not been open. (opened December 2009). However the course still comes out very favourably.
- The town centre at Hacienda Riquelme is not open until summer 2010.
- Terrazas de la Torre is not included. It has only recently opened and the course opens early summer 2010.
- The property prices question has shown a clear upward trend since 2009. At the start of the survey they were balanced. Lately people are showing far more optimism as reflected in the overall results.
Overall we feel the results give a reasonable reflection and are to a degree are in line with how we would recommend and advise potential buyers on the merits of each resort. But there are surprises. For example La Torre comes high in everything, possibly because most people visit La Torre and only know La Torre? However please handle with care. Resort choice is very much what feels right for you, the results should only be used as a guide and it is important you speak to us as experts with your individual needs.
